I too had a love story by Ravinder Singh. This is the book I recently finished reading. It’s about a love story. This book is about Ravin and Khushi’s love story, which ends on some other note. Lots of ups and downs are in there.

The book starts with the reunion of four boys: Ravin, Mandeep, Happy, and MP. They were discussing life when they came up with the idea of making an online marriage profile because they were all doing well in professional life and every one of their parents was asking them to get married. Ravin made his profile on some site and sat back. One day, he got a message on that profile. The girl’s name was Khushi. Ravin and his family live in Bhuvneshwar, and Khushi and her family live in Faridabad. They chitchat for a while before telling their parents about it.

Both families were happy about the relationship, but till now, neither of them had seen each other. They were connected to each other over phone calls and SMS. Then, before Ravin’s official trip abroad, they decided to meet up face-to-face for the first time because his flight from Delhi airport and Khushi's belongs to Faridabad, near Delhi. Ravin first meets her mom, sisters, and jijus at her house. They are all happy about this meeting. When Ravin arrived, Khushi and her sister made up a plan so they could both spend some time alone. It was Ravin and Khushi's first time being alone in a hotel room. Ravin was mesmerised by Khushi's beauty, and he felt he had made the right choice. Khushi had the same feeling after meeting him. They spent some time when she realised that it was 8 p.m. and she had to be home as they lied to her mother about going to classes. But nature decided something else for them. There was heavy rain, and they got stuck in that and delayed returning home. The author wrote this part very well. You can feel it in the writing. After that, Ravin went abroad and got busy in an office work meeting when he felt like he wanted to live forever with Khushi and missed her. They decided to get engaged on February 14th, with their families’ blessings. Ravin told his friends about him and Khushi and invited them to the engagement.

Both families were preparing for the engagement. Two days before the engagement, Ravin got a call that Khushi had been in an accident after she returned home from the office. Khushi's cab driver was killed in this accident. Khushi was in the ICU, and her co-passenger had few injuries. Ravin rushed and landed in Faridabad to see Khushi. Khushi was still in ICU and her condition was no better. Ravin’s mother asked him to get back to Bhuvneshwar and take her back, so she could also see her. Everyone, including the doctor, advises Ravin to return home, take his time, and bring his mother. Ravin came back home, so he and his mother could go back to Delhi. While in Ravin's office, no one knew about the accident. Everyone is wishing and teasing him about the engagement and not having a ring. When he was travelling on the bus, he fell asleep and had a dream about spending time with Khushi, having dinner with her, and talking. When suddenly, he realised he was on the bus and his phone was ringing and Khushi’s name was flashing. He manages himself and takes the call. He heard Khushi’s dad's voice, "Khushi is no more." Ravin felt nothing; this news made him numb. He went back home, told his parents about the sad news, went into his room and cried, while his parents were having the same feelings. He went back to Delhi for Khushi’s last rituals. Time passed and all the people around him tried to make him cheer up and get married, but he was still in Khushi’s memories. It's been a year since she passed away. Ravin was sitting in a park when a mother asked her daughter not to get hurt. A little girl falls down from one slide, and Ravin picks her up. Then her mother says, "Her name is Khushi," and Ravin puts his hand on her head and leaves.

That's all this book has. If you like my short note about this book and you enjoy it, I suggest you read the book so you can enjoy Mr. Ravinder’s words. What I don’t like about this book is the middle part. The author can be a little more expressive, so it gives you more feelings like the one it gives you in the last half. The rest: I like this book, so you may like it too.
